Yes, another lurker crawling out of cyberspace. I've been reading for a couple weeks, and feel like I know some of you already - just want to hug some of you guys for being so nice. The amount of support you show the "Jr. Members" is very encouraging.
Please, ... help?
1. What do you all think about the concept of the "free" meal. Put off cravings to a planned day/time; how do you all feel about this?
2. I've lost ALL my strength over the past year, and it is humbling indeed to not be able to complete 10 push-ups.

In Phase 1, should I do 6 or 7 prone, or do all 15 at 30*? Some of you are using such HUGE poundage in the early stages, I just know I'd hurt myself, but there's this desire to do MORE and succeed FAST, you know?
3. How do you see someone's photos? I've tried clicking on some that go nowhere. Do you have to be invited?
I have more - many more questions. But, some are so stupid, I just can't bear to ask them yet!
