Today's Workout 3/18/08
Hiit - Bike 14 min 65/112rpm
Reverse Crunches 2 x 10 @ bw
Swiss Ball Crunches 2 x 10 @ bw
Lateral Flexion (variation 3) 2 x 10/each
Prone Cobra 2 x 75 seconds
