Exactly! I was on a program that eventually had us resting 5 min between each SET!!! Needless to say, this is a little more challenging! haha I am SO glad to see others feel the way I did, I honestly was not trying to brag....just didn't want to spend a month "losing" strength I had worked hard for.....but did Stage 1 workout 2B today (in only my 2nd week) and I went up in all the weights but had to go down in some reps.....some 10 some 12. I definitely see the "shake things up" part of this workout now!

WHEW! And no, Bytsi, you are not crazy! I am SOOOO looking forward to the others too. I even LOVE the crazy looks I get at the gym when I am doing weird things! haha I say BRING ON THE LOOKS BABY!!! (from mostly trainers at my gym--haha)
