Today I had a workout.
All 5x5
A1, Squat (245/245/245/245/245)
A2, Chinups (+40/40/35/25/25)
B1, Snatch Grip Rack Pulls, below knee (275/275/275/275/275)
B2, DB Squeeze Press (70/65/65/65/65)
C1, GHR (+25/+25/+25/+25/+25/+25)
C2, Woodchops H2L (120/120/120/120/120)
The squats were pretty hard. I had the bar down as low as possible. It hurt a bit, but it wasn't all that bad. I could see my left knee flaring out in the last few reps on the last two sets. I don't think that's good, right?
