This is a tough leg matrix and I'm sure you're not alone. Just plan to improve on your performance each time you do it. How you improve can be very flexible!

If you can't squat jump, you might be able to do deep wideout drops. I don't know if you'll find those better or worse! But anything that adds a springiness to your squat will be a bit closer to the squat jump. For both the squat jump and the jump lunge, limit your depth initially. Then work to improve ROM as you get more proficient.
