My workouts for the last 3 months are as follows....
every other day:
A
back squat 5x5
bench press 5x5
deadlift 5x5
dups 2x8
ab exercises
B
back squats again!! 5x5
military press 5x5
power cleans 5x5
pulls 2x8
bicep curls and sometimes ab workout depending on how much strength I have left
so could it be I was very weak yesterday because of how i got no sleep?
or am I just working too hard??
and about eating...
today so far I had a bagel with eggs and cheese and milk
then I had some cashews and more milk to keep me eating...
now im gonna have raisin bran with milk.... ... milk is my main thing basically
then I will probably have some samon and tonight... I dunno I will eat something...maybe noodles or I'll make steak ro sometinhg...
