Substitute a pre weighted bar for dumbells in the step ups and lunges? I could do more weight this way I think. I am just finding holding onto the dumbbells for 20 total reps difficult. Today I tried to do 30# each and my hands gave out before my legs ever would have. Or do I just stay with a lower weighted dumbbell and do more reps? I just started stage 2 today if that makes a difference. Thanks for your help.
