Morning All!

I opted on skipping out on the weight workout this morning due to DOMS from saturday's workout. So, I will get back to it in a couple of days with the weights. I may try it after work today, but we'll see how I feel. If not, spin class it is I need to start doing some yoga for my poor muscles, I think.

That's all I got for today, have monday everyone!!!
