Nikster, lol...don't feel humbled! It's a new program.

I was feeling a little bored with it last week so I upped my weight this morning and MAN, it was a tough workout! Of course, it was also at 5am instead of my normal 9:30am, so that might have had something to do with it, too! lol I just started Week 3, though, so I'm halfway through Stage 1!
