My final bit on this...
a bike and treadmill are good cardio tools, but if you can, add a rower. Rowers are some of the best, overall conditioning cardio workouts you can find.
Also, if you can find the space, a cable cross or cross over is a good thing to have. It's a bit specialized, but it's such a wonderful tool. If I'm able to get a house or condo this year, I'm going to try to hold back some money for a rack and cable cross.
