Keep your legs out a little wider because I think theyre getting in the way of your lift. I cant see your back angle but Im betting thats whats going on.

You are on your toes throughout almost all of the lift and thats causing you to bend your arms to pull the bar toward you =losing power=creating bar arc, landing forward, etc.

For example look at this, you havent even extended yet but youre on your toes, your hips are already close, your arms are bent, youre doing everything you can to get to the bar:



And then look at what happens:



Look at the difference, ass is back, weight is on the heels, the bar is coming to ME not vice versa:

Look at the extension, its all straight and my feet are on the ground:


Bottom line: keep practicing or go try be a porn star.
