Agree with Cynic... Scrap the leg ext/curl.
Move your stretch mats (#5) to the NE corner of the picture, and put in a carpet track for sled drag/band sprints/tire flip/whatever. Since you only have 40' (30 useful feet), then put crash pads on the walls on either side. Do at least two lanes.
I agree on the powerblock thing if you're short on space or money. Put what you save into K-bells.
You definitely ought to get some cubby space for your clients to change and leave their clothes. Even if you only have one bathroom, you are actually going to HAVE to be ADA compliant.
