Seriously, it appears there is plenty of floor space for plyos and other non-externally loaded work. You could get some powerblock adjustable DBs. They go from 5-130lbs/hand and cost < 1/5th of the cost of the entire individual DB collection and take up a single 1'x1'x3' area when in storage. Then a pair of platemates handle that little gap when going from x0 to x5.
