C, Farmer's Walks (single handed)
~120' up and back twice, switch hands as needed, 115lbs
D1, Pushups (18/18/18)
D2, Drag Curls, 35lbs (12/12/10)
D3, Wrist Roller, Square Cinderblock, up forward
D4, Wrist Roller, Square Cinderblock, up backward
Went to the jacuzzi with the boy, afterward. Felt good. We didn't stay long, as we looked up to see very dark clouds. By the time we got back home, lightning was flashing around us!
