Does anyone know a good solution:

I am in good health and use good products on my hair (Redken). My hair is medium length and simply won't grow past my shoulders. It breaks off at the same spot (the ends) and never really grows.

I switched my thyroid med, am deep conditioning, dont' bleach the ends of my hair anymore, take hair viatmins or pre/post natals...

I am running out of ideas. To most people my hair is fine, but to know me, you would see that my hair has not grown in YEARS!!!

It's really pissing me off! Please help if you have any suggestions....
