Here's my workout plan for this weekend/week, my schedule gets crazy alot so this will change weekly.

Sat: Lifting/ss cardio
Sun: spin class
Mon: Lifting (am)/spin class (pm)
Tues: Rest
Wend: lifting
Thurs: Rest
Fri: Lifting
Sat: spin class
Sun: cardio of some sort. HIIT outdoors if its nice
