Talking Overcoming Obstacles, One Rep at a time...My NROLW journey

Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Dori and I live in Nashville TN. Been here for almost 6 years now. Here's my story:

I've always been heavy, I've never known anything but being heavy. A couple of years ago, I took control and lost 80 pounds over the course of about a year. I maintained that (mostly) for the past year, put on a few pounds over the past holidays but have taken a few off since then. My biggest stumbling block has been my fear of being small. This is the smallest that I have ever been as long as I can remember (roughly, a size 14.) Getting past this size has been tough for me because of my fear of the unknown.

Basically, I don't have the support system that I had when I first started losing. I had a main group of people (including my trainer) cheering me on and I don't really have that anymore. This is where you all come in. I have a journal over on the o2 boards as well but am just not feeling the love. They're all competition (figure) minded over there and I just have no desire to diet down like that. My main goal is to be healthy and accept myself the way I am right NOW. And get stronger with NROLW, of course

I hope you all with follow along on my journey, I will be back in a sec with pics and goals.
