Default What a difference a day makes!

I awoke to a downright beautiful morning here and also to the beautiful feeling of my stomach NOT feeling like it was doing it's own squat/thrusts. I don't know if it was the sunshine or the fact that I am completely freaked out by what may have been the worst hair coloring decision I have ever made, but I took it and ran!
I had every intention of re-doing my crap workout from yesterday, but just couldn't bear the thought of being in my windowless gym knowing it was 60 degrees outside, so I busted out some heavy sets and then hit the pavement.
Thursday Details:
Supine single-arm tricep extension-1x15x8, 1x12x10, 1x10x12-each arm

Bench Chest Press-1x12x15, 1x15x17.5, 1x15x20, 1x10x25 alt. set w/
Incline Bench Flye-1x12x10, 1x15x15, 1x12x17.5, 1x11x20,

2 sets of 15 push-ups, 30 seconds rest in between

50 Bicycles
20 Frog Crunches
60 second plank
90 second each side plank w/5 db over-the-body static hold
15 Frog Crunches
40 Bicycles

Standing Bicep Curls 1x19x20db's
Standing Alt. Hammer Curls 1x25 totalx20db's (got the extra one on my right arm.)

Went outside to a small hill (if you've ever been to northern Indiana, you realize how rare a find this is.) Did Alternating Lunges up and back (total of 96) with 10 db's at sides. Held onto db's and went up and back doing a squatted, side-walk (sure there is a name for this, but don't know what it is.) Thought my pants were going to rip off my body like the Hulk, but after the white-hot heat subsided, headed up the road to a side street and ran sprints. It felt delightful to be outside and be able to really sprint! Don't know speed, but sprinted for distances between 50-60 yards and light jogged for double that. Was running to beat hell and felt fantastic. Ended up doing 15 sprints and jogged back home.
After the last few days of feeling less than prime, I felt like a new woman today and it was glorious to be able to get outside and enjoy this lovely weather!
Will be repeating my NROL workout from Wednesday tomorrow and if weather is holding up, will probably get back outside for some additional self-inflicted punishment!
