Oh and yeah there are a lot of different variations. I just like the form in this video. Variations - One with pivot, one with bending down and standing up, one without foot pivot at all, one in a kneeling position, and one in a lunge position. Do you know what the differences are in muscles and stabilizers with all these variations?
