Default Does Plan A mean 4 weeks no carbs?

I was just reading the article where it listed out the program. Am I understand that on Plan A its 7 days of fat burn, 0 days of reload which means I'm still just doing 7 more days of fat burn......and continue for 4 weeks like that?

My book hasn't arrived, but I wanted to get some clarification first.

Does this chart read that only in plan c,d,e you get ONE day of reload? I'm not seeing these 4 week intervals here?
