I came across this while studying for the test as well. Never did give it a try. After looking over its content again I'm a little ashamed of myself for considering it. The first statement under the "Exclusive Test Taking Techniques" says it all for me".
Keys to questions that "give away" wrong (or right) answers- You get credit for some questions without really even knowing anything about them
All I can really offer is what worked for me and that was reading the text. I typically shot for a chapter or so a day. When all was said and done, I probably read the book cover to cover about three times in a three month period. Yeah it wasn't always what I wanted to be doing with my time, but my desire to succeed on the exam far outweighed my occasional restlessness. Nothing bad has ever come from hard work and due diligences. Read the text, learn the material and be confident in what you know. You will be a better professional for it. Good luck with the exam.
