I am glad its not just me that finds the intervals hard after lifting. I have always done my cardio/weights on separate days. This program has definitely increased the intensity of my lifting and I feel physically and mentally spent (but in a good way) after lifting and the idea of HIIT after is just really unappealing. And I know myself, if I am not enjoying the workout I will be more apt not to keep up with it.
