In Woodchops, you use your torso and hips together.
YouTube - Weight lifting exercise example - Diagonal Cable Wood Chops Watch the back foot pivot and watch the torso/hips start to move the weight and the arms follow. The arms do no work in this exercise except for stabilizing the weight.
All I can find is the high to low video. There is a low to high one I found, but I don't like the form from the woman, so I am not going to post it (she does not pivot her back foot).
