That cake doesn't bother me. I am a cookie fiend LOL!

Oh she has a mag? She is the one that gave me hope at my age! I like her.

Which software did you get to track? I just spent money on shoes & an HRM so I won't be buying anything, but I'm always interested in the next best thing out there too.

I tried out a bunch of them free trials but I had a friend recommend one that goes closer to our fitness goals and not just diet called
Crosstrainer 6 Admittedly it is not the easiest to get around in at first but much easier to enter data and keep track of goals and workouts etc. I am finally understanding it. I wanted one that didn't just zero in on diets, this one tracks weight lifting also.
So I ran by Calorie King when I didn't know the nutritional info. Made a spreadsheet of all the stuff in my house that I eat and sat down and entered it. WHEW!
I have to enter some recipes later today. It will be nice once I am done. It was a war over this dumb program, to get going on it. It was stupid since I know this is what works for me. If I gotta have chocolate, I can work it in ya know?
Reality says, I am not perfect, life is short, I wanna have fun with my family! So diet counts, it is just not everything in the whole world.
I used to take my little Jenny Craig meal to family get togethers. Talk about torture. I am sorry, I am just going to get knowledgeable enough to walk around regular food and eat well. Tell me I can't have something and that is all I want ya know?
It's nice to be on this forum and know that girls GET HUNGRY! And balanced ways to look at that.
