BB Hack Squats: 4 x 3 @ 150, 4 x 3 @ 155 (+5) 60s
Leg Curls: 3 x 3 @ 50, 5 x 3 @ 60 60s*
Standing Calf Raises: 8 x 3 @ 145
Comments: The weight on the Hack Squats is getting better. I'm about where I was in Dec of last year. Not bad. I probably could have gone up some more but I was starting to sacrifice form and was scraping up the back of my legs. I'm in the corporate gym and the equipment is a little different than what I started on. For example, the leg curls are done on my stomach. That presents and interesting set of challenges in itself but for some reason I also could do as much weight than I did on the sitting one. Overall, a work out and I left feeling good.
I am done with my second time through Big Boy Basics. I really like this program and I my body responds well. Overall I gained ~8 - 10lbs. I am noticeably bigger and much more recovered than when I started. The bench press I did I thought I was going to rip my scar out and I needed a spot on 115. Now I'm doing 25 lbs heavier with ease. The next surgery is in 12 days. There is still a lot of time to make some gains. I'm going to try and get some measurements and pics prior to the surgery.
