Diane I logged everything in a tracker such as sparkpeople and fitday in January. Then I started NROL4W. I got so worked up over having to eat 250g of protein it SOOOO messed me up(I hate all the protein). So I continued to write what I ate down with the measurements in my "little black calender book" when I didn't feel like messing around with the logs. I hated them. Every dang time I went to log online, I had to enter all my "special" foods. And things seemed to be screwed up.
So I threw up my hands and just said I am going to log what I eat and calculate it later into a tracking system. And I went shopping and found some software I liked.
Well that is what went wrong. I didn't do it when I should have, going through too many emotional upheavals this month.
My son still has to have 3 month check ups for cancer. He is months out now. But I freak out at the scans. And I have had other "gunk" go on. Bad things, too many, all at once.
Meanwhile I am out of excuses for not tracking since I really believe in it. Ain't it ironic?
So did that confuse you more?
I had wanted to see what I naturally ate without planning hence just writing things down. I messed up at night. I just didn't write the measurements down. Some I didn't measure. But most I did and did not write it down!
So I was looking for trends for ME. As to how much I could eat. But I wanted to lose. So I either am not eating enough, I don't really know, or I am eating too much. Now I can't figure it out like I thought I could.
Now this post even confused me more LOL!
The last time I logged online was Jan 30th.
