Kelly.... The eating thing gets infinately easier if you plan ahead. You can actually stay ahead of the cravings this way. Prepare 6 or 7 meals in the 300kcal or less range and plan when you will eat them. If you get the right macros the cravings are almost nil. A side benefit is that you don't have to go back and log later 'cause it is logged by the time you get up. I have been packing my daily meals now for 5 months.
