Ughhhhhhhhhhhh.........I'm sitting here with tissues attached to my right
AND left hips because I can't go 2 minutes without using one. It's been this way (along with a totally aching body, chills, sore throat, fever, the whole nine yards) since last Friday. I'm hoping that by mid-week I'll feel strong enough to do my workout........but where do I start?
Do I just pick up with where I left off with the same weights? Do the workout I'm scheduled to do with lower weights? Or, do I go back a few workouts and repeat them?

I'm sure my diet of 1 bowl of chicken noodle soup and green tea isn't helping my strength any.......lol
Thoughts?
