His swings were more effective than mine, lol, but I swung 12 times over my right shoulder, then 12 times over my left, then rest (his turn). He couldn't swing over his left shoulder! HA! I don't know how long we worked on it. A long time. But we laughed and had fun together, which made it even better. That sledgehammer will get your heart rate up for sure!
