Ok, and while I'm bugging you guys with my incessant questions (tell me to stop, really)...what do you do when the treadmill slips when you're sprinting. Is that a me issue or more likely a treadmill issue? I had it on 7 when I was doing my HIIT sprints, and I found I had to hold on because it kept slipping and I'd almost lose my balance. It's bad enough that I've fallen off the ball a couple of times doing the Prone Jackknife--I don't need to fall off the treadmill, too! lol
