Oh, Kelly, I have been going through this, too! I feel like I go through life with blinders on, at least to certain things, especially eating. I have had a horrible habit of going to the pantry and grabbing a handful of this or that! I saw an interview with Valerie Bertinelli last week and she was saying the same thing. I have been doing well this past week and am really hoping to see a nice loss for March!
I hope you get a power rack. We got one in December (Powertec) and it is the best fitness $$ we ever spent! I love it!!
