Now this will be interesting.... This is normal behavoir for people in "That" catagory from what I know. The hardest thing is to get real honest about what you are eating. The frustrating part is not only is it the only way to weight loss but it is also the only way to sustained weight loss. Once you get honest and serious I think you'll find it pretty simple to not overeat as your body will begin to crave clean foods and those are pretty filling. So now that you realize what you have to do the question will be if you will do it. If your trainer is worth anything at all you will and then you will see some amazing results. I am looking forward to watching this journey.
