I can't believe what I have just seen! Here I have been logging for 2 months but have not charted and calculated anything. So I go to do it for the trainer and lo and behold, junk.
I am good for the first half of the day and by dinner? I got lazy. Okay, I thought I did this for like um 3 days a week, nope just about everyday.
So here I am whining about weightloss when I have NO idea what I am doing, or where I have been or nothing. I mean what the heck?
I have been an emotional hormonal mess, and if not a mess on a rampage. Gee is that perimenopause hell?
Okay besides the hormones, I have GOT to get it together. I am accountable to myself first! Sheesh, I just cannot believe it. I thought I had the numbers. I wonder what I was doing and where I have been!
