I have a deadlift form question
I am used to doing deadlifts the way Cathe Freidrich does them on her videos--- with a very slight bend in the knee, but mostly straight legged all the way down to the floor.
In the picture in Lou's book, it seems that the deadlift used involves a full squat all the way down to the floor each time you lift and lower the bar. Am I reading this correctly?
