Dianeeee!! Hey grl! The under 200 lb dynamo LOL!

I am sitting here avoiding my earlier workout. But I have to go downtown Detroit to pick up hubby and after laughing at Ginny, uh , I have to drive in it. SNOW that is.
Anyhoo I talked him into going to the store today to check out racks, I am not letting him back down or forget about this. My main goal is to get out of the old fogey gym. I want FFFRRREEEDDDDOOOOMMMM!
We also get to use some Red Lobster gift cards. We tell relatives who have to get us something because they just have to LOL to get us restaurant cards. They add up after a while and we can get CRAB! I just love Alaskan King CRAB! So do my kids. Which makes for a terribly cost inhibitive meal. UNLESS IT IS FREE!
Well it will probably be my last eat out for a while. I probably will put on a goal wt before I will let myself go again.
I am still avoiding the cold basement early in the morning
Okay I have to get over this.

OH hi guys in OHIO with the blizzard. From MICHIGAN who doesn't have a blizzard FOR ONCE!!
Stay warm!
Well, you have had a couple of days, huh? I can relate to the horror of someone saying that to you. When I went last month and had my BF tested, my category was "
It literally gave me the kick in the pants I needed to say to myself "I will never be in that category again. Evah. Take that craptastic day and turn it into your turning point. You have the desire, the will and the support and you are worth it. That last point is one that I think, we as women, struggle with the most. You are worth it.
Now, keep all your blizzard comments to yourself! LOL!!
