Default The Puritans are at it again: Diatribe on Drink

The diatribe goes on for several paragraphs, on the evils of those over 65 having more than one drink a day, then these amazing two paragraphs:

"Risky drinkers surprisingly happy and healthy
They were most likely to be white and male, younger than 70, with higher education, higher income and better health, the study reported. They were more likely to be divorced, separated or single and to live in metropolitan areas.

They were also far less likely to be depressed than non-drinkers or those who drank within guidelines. About 6 percent of the risky drinkers reported being depressed for all or most of the year, compared to 82 percent of the nondrinkers — findings certainly contrary to the stereotypes of people who drink excessively."

I'm married and in the country and like my 3 glasses of wine a day. So I would be happier if I were depressed and unhealthy.
