carbs pre-workout
I went ahead after my 1st post and added in just 20-25 gr. carbs pre workout with my protein and my lifts are still going up!! And since then I have slowly been upping my calories. I'm still leaning out in my upper body, lower is a different story but one I know all to well. I'm sure the gradual increase in calories is why results have not been more dramatic. I can see that its working and am not a bit discouraged, just impatient. I really do love this WOE. Its the easiest way I have ever ate with results. The lack of bingeing and cravings alone has reduced alot of my general anxiety! Thanks for the feedback!
