Business traveling and keeping up with your health
Starting March 24th thru April 4th, I will be on the road due to business trips. The hotels have gyms but only have your basic cardio machines: bikes, treadmills, etc. I was thinking of doing stuff like push ups, lunges, squats, and other stuff just to continue to do something during my trips ... I'm only on my first week of NRL4W and by the time I start traveling I'll be 3 weeks into it. I will pick up where I left off when I return.
My question is .... do you guys do anything special that you can recommend when you travel?
How about my diet? I can bring my PP, protein bars, oatmeal, etc. What else do you guys bring to keep eating healthy while you travel?
