I do give a lot of advice in here... Your question is a little broad, but if there is any general advice I could give to any aspiring club owner is to be organized. Too many people get into this field with a dream, but no plan. It's fitness, but it is a business... There are some universal laws... Being organized is the one of them!
I also advise you to read the E-myth by Michael Gerber... Like TODAY! Probably one of the most important books ever written for entrepreneurs.
