Getting Fit
Hey guys,
I'm a 17 year old guy and in High school. I have a question about getting/being fit. I have opportunities to run 2 days after school in the gym. I want to start but Im not sure if it will help a lot. I have work and homework the other days so I can only run after school on two days of the week for 30 min. My question is, will I loose the progress I have gained during those two days, during the other 5?
I don't have to get in shape for anything specific its just something I want to do. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
