I have the same problem. I had to sit my kids down and ask them question about what they like to eat that they think is good for them and the I add things and we all come to an agreement. Then I bribe them. I have the family going into a cheat day, actually hubby is more into a cheat weekend. That probably is sabotaging me. But the kids have at least cut down on ALL junk until the weekend instead of every night bowls of icecream heaping over the top... yeah it was that bad! It also allows me to indulge without guilt althought I DO NOT do the entire day, well sometimes I do.

I'd never, ever had been on a "diet" of any kind or even had to watch what I ate before last year. There's a lot of learning to be done! I sometimes envy those who have dieted for years -- they've accumulated a ton of experience and information.
You better be shoutin' that you never went on a diet and you found this place! I am reaping the horrible starvation benefits of my diet escapades of which never worked. Your metabolism is nuclear compared to mine! For accumulated info, you just need the correct info. My head is so muddled with nonsense I am going to have to be unbrainwashed. It is so much easier coming on with out all that gunk.

Hope that helps.
