Thanks for that. I needed it. I needed someone with some experience to talk some sense in to me. I don't always trust my training and get off track when I can't do something before the race. Just like hitting a sub 8 min pace for a 5k. I could not believe I could do it until I did before the race. Your right I always do run faster during the races.

Thanks. It is tough some days to even think about running after the leg day. I find though that if I push myself I feel better afterwards. I am not sure if its pushing the lactic acid out of the muscles or what.
