Thinking of seeing a Nutritionist - Advice?
Can anyone give me a few tips to help me find a good nutritionist? There are quite a few in my area and I have no idea where to start thinning out the choices. My goals are obviously to gain muscle, maintain a descent body fat %, and maximize my nutritional intake... but a lot of the sports nutritionists seem to focus on professional and amateur athletes only, and the others all seem more concerned with weight loss, not a problem for me as an ectomorph and recovering under-eater.
