Thanks missjane, we don't have walleye here but we do have perch here for sure and when I googled an image I thought they resembled a perch.
When living in Ontario I believe I ate walleye, only up there it is called pickerel?
There isn't too much in the line of fish that I don't like so Tiapia is a must try.
