This workout felt amazing. I felt strong and focused. The last set of dead lifts was a bit tough but I think I could have done another 10 pounds. The only thing is the grip. I lose the grip towards the last set. Lunges felt like I went deeper then before. My legs felt great afterwards and the run felt good. I was suppose to do 3 miles at once. I decided to split it as my legs felt tired before the workout. I could have done another 2 miles with ease. Its funny how sometimes working out with heavy weight can get rid of the soreness from a previous workout.
