Thanks. It really is a mental thing with me. With this training I have been doing it added 1 extra 1/4 every other week. I think the number 10 just stuck out as a lot. But in the end its not more than what I would have run for a tempo run.
I am a bit worried I won't hit my 2 hour goal on the 1/2. My long runs just are not at the pace they need to be to make it. I will just have to see. I am not the best at negative splits.
