Well, I am happy with my rate of fat loss, so I was hesitant to rock the boat. My workouts don't seem to be suffering, but I was curious what kind of a difference I would feel if I DID add in carbs around them. I still may try it for a week, just to see. I don't want to stall my fat loss until I am closer to goal, however. I actually think I would like plan D (I think??) where you get one carb-up meal a week and still keep it low-carb the other 6 days.
