Diane, I'm curious to hear how the veggie-carb increase works for you. I'm trying out some new eats, though nothing formal like TNT, and have reduced my carb-intake significantly. I've found, though, that I need to eat them strategically because of the high volume of cardio training with rowing 5 x week.
Anyway, now my carbs come only from fruit, veggies, and one piece of whole grain bread per day... and I'm losing still, too.
