Good morning world. Here's my first workout for March. Starting out slow, since I've had some issues lately. I'm still in though....not going to quit.
Started out with the usual opening act, followed by lower body work.
Squats: 3 sets of 10 x 220 lbs
Deads: 3 sets of 10 x 120 lbs
Hip Extensions: 3 sets of 10 x 145 lbs each leg
Calf Press: 3 sets of 10 x 150 lbs
Abs: 2 sets of 10 x 80 lbs; 10 x90 lbs
I am going to skip the pictures this month, since I only had 5 workouts all last month, there is no real progress to record. And I need to do whatever I can to lessen the daily burdens on me; this is but one small issue that is not important to me at this time. So....sorry, but no pics this month!
