Yesterday:
Workout A Day 6
Squats - 3 sets 10x50
Push-ups - 3 sets 10xweight bench
Rows - 3 sets 10x50
Step-ups - 3 sets 10x16
Crunches - 3 sets 10xBW
For some reason, I had an urge to run (me? run? really!?) so I did ten minutes of walking/running (2:1) intervals on the treadmill when I was finished with my weight training. And could barely move afterward. I went to bed at 9:30 pm!
